Q&A WITH NICK PRINCIPE OF PORT ST. WILLOW

This is Mr. Nick Principe of Port St. Willow

WOOD

Nick is a solo artist. As most solo artists do, Nick started his own musical project called, Port St. Willow (saint, not street). His music is a lot like candy from the beloved candy makers, See’s candies, where you are overwhelmed with clusters of bodily sensations. There is an almost cinematic foundation to his music, making it regal. Most importantly, his music screams sincerity, while his voice is true and bold.

I had the great fortune of interviewing this young lad. Included in the interview are some clips from his record, Even//Wasteland, which you can purchase off of his BANDCAMP (it is an album worth paying for and owning). These are my findings.

Nick will be playing a set at Valentines (Portland) on the 10th of this New Year.
Nick is also playing a show with Grace Peters at Mag-Big on the 20th of this New Year.
I advise that you go.

Also, Nick’s episode of Shaking Through with weathervane music in Philly will launch in February. It WILL blow your mind! Learn more here
